By creating an account or using the Figo app, you accept these terms of use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
2. Service description
Figo is an app that lets you scan the contents of a fridge and receipts to generate a food inventory, recipe suggestions, meal plans, and, through the optional Nutri+ subscription, personalized nutrition tracking.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration.
- You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential.
- You can delete your account at any time from the app.
4. Nutri+ subscription
- Nutri+ is offered with a 7-day free trial.
- Unless cancelled before the end of the trial, the paid subscription automatically starts at the price shown in the app at the time of sign-up.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled from your App Store account settings, at any time, with no additional fees.
- Prices are clearly displayed before any commitment — no hidden fees.
5. Health disclaimer
Figo provides nutrition information for informational purposes only. Calorie calculations, macronutrients, and food recommendations do not replace the advice of a doctor, dietitian, or other qualified health professional. Consult a health professional before significantly changing your diet, especially in case of a medical condition, pregnancy, or for a minor.
6. Freshness and expiration estimates
The freshness and expiration indicators displayed in the inventory are rough estimates based on the product type. They never replace the product label or your own judgment (appearance, smell). Figo cannot be held responsible for consuming a product based solely on these estimates.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its design, its “Figgy” mascot, its logo, and its content are the property of Figo AI. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
8. Limitation of liability
Figo is provided “as is.” We strive to ensure the accuracy of food recognition, estimated prices, and recommendations, but these elements rely on automated estimates that may contain errors. Figo cannot be held responsible for purchasing, food consumption, or financial decisions made based on these estimates.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of misuse or violation of these terms. You can close your account at any time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable at Figo AI’s place of establishment. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts, without prejudice to the mandatory rights granted to consumers in their country of residence.
